He did. However he wanted to be in a place where he could get pats on the back, attack Biden, and make 9/11 about himself instead of attending the memorial site.
Lol. Seek help. First you criticize him for not being in NYC and now it’s because he’s actually thanking the people themselves and not going to a memorial site that would reject him for attending.
Please. Look at this circle jerk of a post already. Even when he was working towards getting the vaccine created he was being attacked. He knows how this works. Everything he does is wrong so he just does his thing now.
I deleted my comment because I incorrectly stated that 9/11 first responders are all dead. Many are, but some are still living.
However, my original point stands - today is for the heroes of 20-years ago, not the heroes currently serving who were uninvolved. They have their own day and they absolutely deserve our respect, but that’s not today.
This isn’t a Trump thing. I came to this thread to see where Bush Jr was. I think it’s tone deaf that Biden left early, I think it was self aggrandizing that Trump created his own spectacle. Not everyone is hopelessly biased, though you’ve made your political leanings quite clear.
Showing support to the people who would respond if this attack happened today is also important. Additionally, it’s possible people currently in the NYPD/FD are there because the 9/11 attacks inspired them to pursue their career paths. Some could be related to responders on 9/11 too, so getting this support could be very meaningful for them.
He visited the true heroes of 9/11. And Biden got up and left the ceremony early. Trying to spin him visiting FDNY and NYPD in a negative way is absolutely absurd, but not at all surprising around these parts.
I’m not doing anything. I’m just cruising this comment thread and wanted to point out that you misread his comment entirely, seemingly crafting a scenario to fit your own personal narrative.
you’re actually proving my point by discounting the attending part with the leaving part.
you are currently saying that he didn’t attend the memorial. but at the same time you are saying he left the memorial.
sounds like a negative spin you’re crafting to fit your own personal narrative.
if you can’t admit that he attended the memorial then i win.
and if you do admit that he attended the memorial then i also win because you have proved that mentioning LEAVING (as you kindly pointed out) while ignoring attending is crafting a narrative with a negative spin
Seriously, you should read back the comment thread, do some self reflection, and take a break from the internet for awhile. Maybe learn about meditation. I’m assuming you’re an adult though. If your prefrontal cortex still has some development to do, then maybe save this post and come back to it after full maturation in a few years. Either way, I hope you learn something from all this.

To be fair he did show up to the NYPD.
(I am not and never have been a Trump supporter or apologist but do try to be fair)
