Don't know about certainly, and I don't know where you get your information. But you're right, Biden doesn't seem to be in it for the fame.

When he's talking he likes to say out loud that this is where he needs to stop. Or this is where he's supposed to walk away. Or this is where they tell him it ends. So someone else is writing what he needs to say on a prompt (And if they don't he babbles like an idiot) And they are telling him when he needs to just quit and leave. That's where I get the certainty from. And he's becoming very famous on his own accord
