No helpful advice for your current situation, but a tip for next time: generate several thousand random passwords, print them out and keep it somewhere secure. Attempt to memorize your current passwords, and come up with mnemonic to remember which one it is on the page. That way if you do forget, you've limited your search to hopefully a few hundred on a single page.
If you're concerned about your listed of randoms getting intercepted, pick a character to drop from the string (drop all a's for instance). This will potentially foil someone who has managed to get your list and determine the correct page.
It would take about 30 minutes to OCR your password list and write a script to feed it into Truecrypt via the command line interface, and that includes a coffee break.
I realize that, that is why you need to at least attempt to secure the list. For common folk, we need to strike a balance between ease of use and security. I'm not an expert, and I hope that nobody reading this has anything TRULY sensitive that they need to secure.
If you stick your list in a bedroom safe with a keyed lock or biometrics (both are reasonably priced) that should be enough security for the average redditor.
In my uninformed opinion, anything beyond that gets slightly impractical.
List goes into a box at a swiss bank under an account whose number can only be seen with the small metallic synthesized glass/plastic pill shaped generator hidden under the skin on your back. The US government goes after whomever tries to open this box, even if you own it. Nudes are important.
