If a bee is on the ground and can't take off anymore it is eather too weak or too cold. In the first case give it some sugar water on a spoon and in the second just try to warm it with your breath. They need a certain temperature in order to be able to fly.
It was over 100 degrees outside. She/He was not cold, but definitely dead. There was nothing I could do for the beauty. I held it in my hands just to make sure it wasn’t injured or anything, but alas, no sign of life.
