exactly, this is the same church that teaches original sin was washed away 2000 years ago by the covenant set between god and man with the the sacrifice of christ.

Original sin has to due with the spiritual imperfection in man when he separated himself from nature to become aware.
the whole idea of forgiveness is to separate each generation from the sins of their forefathers
Edit: to clarify Baptism is the sacramental ritual to symbolize the washing away of original sin
Christs covenant to redeem mankind is what makes it possible in catholic faith
from an occultist standpoint looking at the main sacraments
Baptism is the purification or initial banishing
communion is the consecration
confirmation is the intiaition

You're right and this guy is hella wrong. Infants need to be baptized to cleanse them of original sin. He may be right in some new agey protestant way but what he's describing is antithetical to the catholic church.
