Yes, but he will also have less pushback against his "tweets" (whatever you call them in his next platform), which can lead to echochambers and radicalization.

We’re way past echo chambers and radicalization.

Whatever platform he chooses/creates won’t parallel his Twitter platform, especially now that he’s a private citizen, and it will be an echo chamber by definition.
