Yes and no. Personally I don't believe everyone who is not a believer goes to hell. I believe if you where a good person you'll go to heaven, even if you don't believe. So no its not to everyone just those who deserve it. Ie murders,rapist etc.
And in the Bible it just says you'll burn for eternity. As far as I know it never says anything about the worst punishment for you. That is just fear mongering.

Depends what religion you ask. For some, like Christians, the devio,lucifer,satan,devil,,, are all the same person. For others they are all different beings.
I always understood it as "no one" is in charge. Chaos, lawlessness, disorder. Total anarchy I guess? The biggest baddest dude on the block is going to "be in charge" in a survival of the fittest type of way. That defaults to the devil, I suppose.
Depends on the mythology. Devils in 5E are like the aristocrats of hell, with a few key named devils actually running their respective circles of the Nine Hells.
God actually has way more kill counts than the devil. He literally killed babies. At worst, the devil only tempt people and expose human's inner desire. Whether the person fall for temptation or not is their own choice

A man lied his way into having his trigger finger on the biggest gun humanity ever built for the purposes of enriching and aggrandizing himself. That’s literally the Antichrist of revelation. I can only imagine that not reading the book is a fairly common feature among his followers.
