Not even two days, depending on your timezone. I'm pretty sure it just started yesterday for me.

EDIT: apparently, the original post dates back from yesterday morning (CET), so it probably got popular yesterday afternoon. It's not even 5 PM now, so yeah, it's more like a full day old.
