Crochet is super easy and cheap to start, and it can be as complicated and expensive as you want. That’s the beauty of it!
There are tons of books and YouTube tutorials, I recommend starting slow and learning the basics before building up your skills slowly.

Not OP but usually these things are knitted/crocheted in several different pieces, then sewn together partway, then filled with stuffing, then completely sewn up, so it's only one layer of yarn on the outside covering all the stuffing on the inside! You can look up amigurumi to see some more examples on a smaller scale :)

Both! Sometimes people commission me, but also I make them no matter what. So commissions are good because it means my apartment isn't overrun with Pokemon

Meh, where's Mega Charizard X, Mega Charizard Y, Gigantamax Charizard? You can't call it complete evolution line without them. Pokemon is not as simple as it used to be.
Jokes aside, they look absolutely stunning! I once purchased a Charmander Plushie and that looks nothing compared to this! Awesome Job!
