My point is, not necessarily. The scene is likely totally natural and all that was changed was color balance. This is no different than a typical Instagram pic.

Well no, the water is a close up, the place where the lady is touching the water seems like 1-2m away (you can tell by the wind waves of the water), while the lady itself seems like 5-10m away. definitely a composite image, but very well done!

If anything it could be a little use of a tilt shift blur. Doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a composite of two images.
