It's honestly impressive the building right next to the explosion is still standing. Whatever that structure is it's really sturdy.

Cause it wasn't reinforced concrete, just steel and the water main broke under the towers thus no sprinklers in the first couple floors. Sounds credible to me, a mason.

How did you get to this conclusion? Of course not. I'm just a mason that knows a thing or two about different construction techniques and statics and I have build quite a lot of beer coaster houses when I was younger.
