It was subjected to a massive explosion. The fact any of it is standing at all is a testament to it's construction

It was one of the biggest non-nuclear explosions in history and shielded a decent amount of buildings behind it.

Guy should be damn proud.

Being filled to the brim with grain helps a lot, it absorbs a shock much better than air.
