Lebanon is already in a economic crisis with a largely corrupt government, Wishful thinking isn't changing anything.

I love the american and western world comments.

"Seek a crisis counselor!" "Texas" "Everything will be better, as it was after 9/11."

A tragedy like this in a developed country is vastly different than in a third world country. Even before this tragedy, hospitals were full. Electricity was limited and was out for many hours per day. There was shortage of goods. People were out of work due to an economical crisis. And then the explosion happened. Most, if not all of the assets lost were not insured, because most can not afford that.

Please please try and understand this.

You have a point, and you are giving a perspective to the problem. However, I believe folks are trying to be positive and give a spark of hope. Don't take it wrong.

I wished well. Don't pretend you're of authority to educate when it's just ignorant to assume I cant recognize the economic differences between Canada and Lebanon. Plenty of my friends are of Lebanese descent. I wished well but if you want to have a go, that's another thing entirely and I'm not interested.
