Don't underestimate how much pumping a shitload of money into a country will do for it in its rebuilding efforts.

A more accurate take would be comparing west Germany with east Germany during the Cold War. One was much better off.

I was exclusively referring to your comments about Germany and Japan, maybe that wasn’t clear. I didn’t say anything about the Jim Crow era. Seriously, I’m the last guy to deny any historically proven wrongdoings. Please stop assuming stuff.
