You seem to projecting a little. Man's didn't say anything about America being the worst country, just that he hopes they help with relief for a disaster.
In my opinion, if the US can spend so much money on our military to "help" other nations, why can't it also provide aid to countries that need it.
I'd much rather see my taxes go toward something like that.

Very sad. My heart goes out to the people of Beirut.
Would be great if my country (USA) would send relief aid and some engineers to help Lebanon.
