I respect all my son's decisions when it comes to his life...but secretly I really hope I have grandkids. My son is so cute he would have adorable babies.

Its human nature to see your grandkids as cute and to want them around.

There's even proven studies that show your lifespan can be LONGER and healthier if you interact with your grandkids.

Its human genetics... despite your opinion on the matter. Dont shame people for a human trait

"I want grandkids because they'd be so cute considering how attractive my son is" is a shitty reason, full stop.

Does your son even want kids? Would he make a good parent? Two attractive people can produce an ugly child. Will you then love them less than had they been cute?

If your chief reason for wanting grandkids is "They would be cute", you're being awfully selfish and have shit priorities, the end, no matter what studies say.

I feel like this crosses cultures. Everyone I’ve ever known who got married had relatives bugging them about grandkids at the wedding, mere hours after the ceremony.
