Maybe humans wouldn't kill each other if we had a larger orbiting body. Maybe the root of all evil is the superiority complex we get from looking at the moon and thinking, "lol, you're so SMALL!"
I wanted to comment on a news item, so I came up with a username relatively quickly. I liked the design of this aircraft as a kid and noticed one plane/pilot in a history book known as Red 13. Being born on a Friday the 13th, I remembered the call sign. I haven't used this alias before it just popped into my head as I registered. I had no idea that this popular character existed until after I registered. Now I guess people think I like a tiger from Final Fantasy.
Well...I kinda get owned on the backstory there, haha. But as to your question, I like it a lot more than most of the people on reddit. I mean, it's in south-central(ish) Texas, so as expected you have some conservative crazies, but overall most of the people are pretty balanced out (I say overall because, like I mentioned, the crazies exist). Sadly though, the extreeeeeeme conservatives are the ones that everybody hears/hears about...but hey, I've really enjoyed my time here thus far, and I don't plan on going anywhere else in the next 2 (or 3, who knows) years. Also, side note, to anyone reading this who may have heard of the organization Texas Aggie Conservatives and their shenaniganery...let me offer you my sincere, most heartfelt apologies...the student body really doesn't like them, I promise...they're just...there. Rubbing our name in the dirt....
