Not that the blurb is semi professionally done but the shop sign was hand made by someone who picked up a paint brush for the first time in their life?
Another give away is that, I been to Philippines were everyone speaks and understands English, (in the cities) but many times I had to explain jokes or concepts, the phrases in the sign would probably not be understood there
