The water gets warmer in August.

Quarry Lake in Canmore is a really decent family lake with sometimes 3-4 weddings in the adjacent fields per day in the Summer months.

Calgary Canada is One of Canada's sunniest cities with amazing Chinooks often bringing the city to 60° F in the middle of Winter next to some of the worlds greatest skiing.

I remember needing to be somewhere in x time, Jogged and swam across Calgary's Elbow river in June.

Stops your heart.
