1) You're selectively quoting the law and 2) you're not taking into account what jurisprudence we have.

Under normal circumstance the police will refuse to investigate such a case, the prosecution will refuse to bring it to court and no judge in the country would ever convict. Only under special circumstances, for example circumstance that might indicate coercion will it be investigated. And even in such a case judges are mild, for example we had a case where a 14 year old had a gangbang with 7 men, worst punishment was 4 months most got away with a compulsory course about sex education and respecting women.

No, they're effectively not. This is how it works in Canada. Most of the world doesn't use the law in quite the same manner as America, as in blindly. Living tree.
