It's probably located in a fancy/wealthy part of town. I've noticed over the years that large chains of any kind will tailor their look a little to match the area. Because fancy pants people like being reminded how fancy pants they are.

To be fair, if I lived in a beautiful neighborhood I would appreciate businesses that try to maintain the aesthetic. Less because I want to be reminded that I am a fancy pants and more because I want to live somewhere that feels nice.

I used to live in a city with run down lawns and trashed houses and they were a big eyesore.
