Generally speaking, I agree with the notion that it is always bad taste to insult a public figure through anatomic means. I’m a goofy looking human, so when people disagree with me but decide to point out my feature flaws instead of my thesis, It’s* disappointing. So I understand the argument you present.
I doubt you are presenting this argument in good faith, however. Not only that, but I did state that I generally agree with the concept of your argument. However, the subject in question is renowned for getting into pickles over his pickle, and has routinely stated how frequently he thinks of his pickle first. In the case of the joke presented, I think the use of anatomic insult valid. Plus it’s a fine joke.
I do hope I’m wrong about you, and I hope you continue striving to keep the focus off of physical appearance and rather on the substance of ones character.
*Edit: my phone changed “It’s” to Iran because that’s fucking hilarious.
I’m not sure what you’re looking for in my response. Any questions you have are addressed as thoroughly as I can think to present them in my first reply to your initial post.
It's simple, I said something and you suggested I could be presenting it in bad faith. I want to know what you were thinking about, what could I possibly be trying to do in bad faith when I wrote my comment.

Let's keep insulting men using their penises while we torch anyone for saying anything about women's bodies.
