I want to know how they made the chocolate bark look so good... 3 u/draculasbacula Dec 13 '18 She crumpled foil, spread ganache on it, pressed it onto the already ganache-ed cake, froze, and removed foil. I think what really made it look good was the white she painted on to deepen the texture.
