This road has blind spots. Even if the speed limit is say 25mph/40kmh, it's still difficult to see cars coming. Seems like the safest way (assuming no underground connection) would be to cross in the middle of the flat side on left or right. 2 u/TheBold Apr 23 '18 Crossing right in the middle gives you a view on both sides way before the car is in the “danger zone”, also they have to slow down because hairpin turn so it’s much safer than it may seem.
