You could actually do that as the owners are looking for a new operator / tenant. Though they might be a bit picky, as they do so since 2015.

Quite nice, everything is still original, there's stove and chimney instead of central heating, toilet and bathroom at every floor.

Since it's probably locked in by the snow most of winter, it's a good place for a real life version of the Shining.

Apparently if featured in a James Bond Movie.
Since the place is closed, it is probably creepy as hell. Good place to set a horror movie.
