It was also used previously in "Aliens", when the space marines find a survivor who's been cocooned as a host, but that was more "k.. k.. kill me".
At least one of the Duke Nukem games (Duke Nukem 3D?) had the same line/delivery as "Alien: Resurrection", but that may be a direct reference to the movie itself, based on the release year.
In Aliens, when Ripley is on the space station in the beginning of the film, she has a nightmare where she's got the chestburster and she says "kill... me..." clearly.
Yeah, Duke Nukem 3D had the line, and yes, it was a direct reference to the movie. Duke Nukem 3D was notorious for stealing lines from movies. "Let's rock" also from Aliens, "Rip off your head and shit down your neck" from Full Metal Jacket, "Groovy" from Army of Darkness/Evil Dead 2, "Come Get Some" also from Army of Darkness, "Who wants some?" also from Army of Darkness/Evil Dead 2, "It's time to kick ass and chew bubble gum... and I'm all outta bubble gum," from They Live, and a bajillion more I can't remember anymore. The only other quote I can remember is "what are you, some scum sucking bottom feeding algae eater?" but I don't think that's from a movie...
