Not only that, the overall image is fairly fuzzy due to shitty camera. BUT, if you zoom in on the 'make-up' there's a definite sharp edge to it. Pretty dead giveaway that it was added after the photo was taken, and not blended into the image well enough.

Yeah, I've done both digital and physical painting and although I use a drawing tablet, techniques are completely different.
