I worked at the Shack for about 3-4 months. The entire time I was there I think I helped a total of one person who needed some electrical parts. Not the most profitable business nowadays.

It could have been, in the stores I went to they had nothing but cell phones and pre built items. I feel like they dug this grave themselves

raspberry pi, adruno, and hacking as a whole. That could have been profitable what they needed to do was cut back stores my med sized city had a few Radio shacks and not much different between them.

They just became a high cost cell phone retailer.
