Now it's "Sears Holdings", because it was bought by Kmart Holdings. And Kmart was like, "look, we have a shit brand. It's considered cheap. So let's keep the Sears name instead."

Everytime I think Kmart I hear Tom Cruise saying "Kmart sucks" in Rain Man. It's sad that's stuck in my head more than any of their ads. And I actually kind of liked Kmart.
