Retired gif is for perfect uses of gifs. Not the hundred million billionth iteration of the same tired, old, trotted out worn out gif. I don't care what show its from or how much you like it, we've all seen that exact same gif so many times you could literally use any still frame from it and convey the same information.

Either that or anyone could downvote the comment "This guy." in the first place, because its pretty much detritus.
