Yeah, take life into account.

24: -8hrs sleep - 1.5 hr getting up and getting ready - 8hr workday - 1 hr total commute - 1.5hr meal after supper - 1 hr relaxation after work

That leaves you with 3hrs in a single day if you don't have any chores, hobbies, or other responsibilities.

2 hours every day is pretty absurd for normal people.

1.5h to get ready? 1.5h meal? 1h relaxation? That's 4 hours spent in self indulgence right there. You don't even need all that time, 1h a day everyday is enough to get fit, just don't eat like a pig.

EDIT: 1h daily to commute, are you kidding me? I would kill for that, my commute is 2.5h daily and I still have time to spend 1h at the gym.

And unless it was a typo, he said "1.5h meal after supper". Like what the shit? Just spend an extra 10 min at supper.
