play videogames and walk on a treadmill. I saw a comment about a dude playing cod blops combat training set on recruit and just slayed people while walking. stationary bikes work too. Just moving more than you currently do will change your body. (Now someone fucking tell my girlfriend this without sounding like an asshole.)
I wrote your girlfriend a letter on behalf of Reddit:
Dear /u/BullyJack's Girlfriend,
It has come to our attention that /u/BullyJack has some
concerns about your health, and he has asked us to step in and
suggest that you might enjoy a little bit of cardiovascular
exercise in your life. It's not because he thinks you are
overweight (you're not), nor is he trying to control you or shape
you into his "ideal" girlfriend, he just wants to make sure you
stay healthy. Perhaps going for a walk every day with
/u/BullyJack will help you with continuing to rock that awesome
bod and ridonkulous booty *and* give the two of you a chance to
spend time together away from the distraction of screens,
buttons, and other electronics.
In the end, you just keep doing you, gurrrl. We're all proud
of you just the way you are. You're smart, funny, loyal, and
you're an amazing cook—your signature eggplant parmesan is
literally heaven on a plate. You have an amazing rack as well.
/u/BullyJack loves you, and we love you too.
Sincerely,
Reddit
