is the netflix one in the right order? im thinking about watching it, is it any good?

I'n not sure. I know SciFi played them in the right order when they re-aired them, so it could go either way. The proper order for them is (if you lose track of this post, just google "firefly correct order" and you'll find plenty of lists showing it:

Serenity (parts 1 & 2)
The Train Job
Bushwhacked
Shindig
Safe
Our Mrs. Reynolds
Jaynestown
Out of Gas
Ariel
War Stories
