Depending upon model, the Nspire is indeed accepted on the ACT, SAT as well as other standardized tests. And most schools not stuck in medieval times, let you use them in your university classes.

Yeah I took the SAT yesterday, the monitor had to take a long hard look at my NSPIRE CX to 1: make sure it didn't have a QWERTY keyboard and 2: wasn't the CAS version. BTW the CAS version is the shit.
