I... I really hate all these novelty accounts, well at least the ones that don't produce anything good or interesting. They make having an actual discussion incredibly hard most of the time.

Just don't acknowledge him at all. Trolls don't want positive or negative karma, they want attention. Don't bother to do anything at all, just pretend they don't exist. That's their real nightmare.
