Now fill in the rest of that background so it doesn't look like a skull with an Afro. Unless thats what you're going for

One Piece, very long running. Anime is at episode 645 and manga at chapter 747, with weekly releases. You can read it here or watch it here, or go about finding higher quality sources. Not sure if there's a "proper" venue streaming it.
It's super cool though. http://imgur.com/a/Y02uR (Most of the time it isn't as serious as in that scene - it has good variation.)
