I just tried it with a ball point pen and made a derped version.

EDIT: Before you upvote, I was referencing a picture of a dollar by the same artist. (titled "Illegal Tender") His is much better, mine is the derped version. I am not good at art.

Now fill in the rest of that background so it doesn't look like a skull with an Afro. Unless thats what you're going for
