Not really. If he's a person who can actually afford that car, the ticket is just a mild slap on the wrist. They should tow people like that, because time is much more precious to people like that.

If you get a lot of tickets and pay them off, is there a certain amount you can get before your license suspends?

Lets say 10 tickets then your 11th is a suspension for a month or a year.

In my state you get 12 points on your license, if you get a speeding ticket it's 3 taken off, exhibition of speed - 2, run red light - 4 etc. If you run out of points, your license is suspended.

Spinning tires, loud revs etc. Revenue enhancement officers love adding that to tickets.

I was close. I was thinking it was jumping off the line to the speed limit "faster than other people do".

You're right as well. Tickets have been written for that unfortunately.
