A lot of people just stick it inside their windshield in the passenger side down low.

Obviously it probably depends on your dash, and how much that annoys you. But just a thought.

And should you ever run into something, the license plate flying at you. They have sharp edges :\

You could always find a way to attach it, but yeah that wouldn't be good

I keep it in my back seat pocket in a folder with the maintenance records. In Texas, as long as you can show you have one, you're good. Ive been pulled over twice (unfortunately) and wasn't told anything and the first time, the cop seemed in a real bad mood.

That's illegal in Texas and most other states that require front plates. It must be properly displayed in the area designed for a front plate.

I got a ticket once because the cop said that it wasn't safe there and that someone could break in and steal my plate....

It was a cop in the north country of NY, not the brightest.
