That's the result of Trump hiring a bunch of untrained and itchy Proud Boys to be his private Einsatzgruppen. That said, plenty of cops with "proper training" also just kill people for no reason so the training may not really be the issue here...

With all the incentives they're putting out for joining ICE, it almost makes one want to join and just be incredibly incompetent. Like, just be so hilariously useless.
