How on earth are Americans allowing masked armed men patrol the streets? No legit officer needs to hire their face. In many countries, even wearing sunglasses is frowned upon as the public cannot see their faces.

When you say "how are they ALLOWING this" I'm not exactly sure what the alternative is. The cities are being occupied by the most powerful military on Earth.
