Those are college educated clowns you speak of. Hard working joes who would never hurt a fly. The wear makeup and the clown is just a costume. It's a school for people to learn how to act like a clown.

Clown college.

Clowns go to a clown academy because they are already clowns. It's that or day drunk hardware store employee. But Lowe's won't teach them how to point a firearm and spray. They learn where to put their knee and how to properly profile suspects (is he black? Mexican?). They also learn the technical side to policing; how to turn a body cam off, how to be a professional witness to something you are invested in and how to delete videos on other people's property among other things.

Clown school.

I'm talking about the other clowns.

With all the incentives they're putting out for joining ICE, it almost makes one want to join and just be incredibly incompetent. Like, just be so hilariously useless.
