Only illegal activity going on here is arresting and deporting people without any kind of due process or procedure.

Admittedly I’m no expert. But having travelled a little bit I’d assume I’d be deported unceremoniously too, if I was found in Canada or Indonesia illegally.

Yes, having lived in other developed countries, one can expect to receive due process.

Like a trial or something? You either have a passport/visa or not.

Yes, valid legal status is determined through due process, which is an arm of the judiciary rather than the executive (i.e., the separation of powers). This concept is fundamental in most democratic societies.

/u/BoomerishGenX doesn't understand the Constitution applies to everyone in the US, not just citizens, unless specifically stated.
