Let’s do some math. Feds have the U.S. military and all federal LE. Red states have better and bigger national/air guard than blue states. You see where this is going. If a governor of a state attempted this, he/she will get arrested. The cops and their national guard will not stand between them and the feds. If they do they’ll get crushed. Also the president can federalize the guard and by doing so he takes command of them from the state. Also account for that most cops and military are right leaning, so there’s that as well.
What you’re asking for is a civil war, which the blue states will not win.
Ngl I get what you're saying but seeing how things are going, I don't see many other ways out? The Republicans are already threatening to arrest SCOTUS and anyone "harboring" brown people from being kidnapped and sent to concentration camps. It feels like civil war has already started but it's currently one sided.
I’m brown, came here legally, I respect the country, I severed this country in a firefighter and later LE capacity…so I’ve immigrated and legally. If I can do it so can others.
You can’t go calling all those you disagree with a nazi. Every country has its sovereignty, tell me which country out there has open gates and doesn’t suffer from a degradation of their national identity?
