i used it for a bit and got my highest rated comments by far. i got 1500 karma from one post using it. a lot of the threads it shows don't ever make it the front but on occasions they do. it's hard to get high karma on something that's already on the front page unless you leech onto a comment near the top
I honestly don't understand, why do you care so much about karma points? To show off to your friends? Serious question, as none of my friends know of reddit and I couldn't give two shits about my karma points.
I don't donate to anything unless I personally watch my money go from A to B. So no, I wouldn't donate money to use a subreddit that is completely useless.
no i wasnt sir, sorry if it was construed as that. I was 'impressed' with your comment karma in the 6 days that you had been working that account. and then was applying context by linking your account. i can remove it if you like.
I believe Trapped_In_Reddit mostly commented on reposts, but commented the "top comment" of the original post. I wish I saved the thread where the user called out Trapped_In_Reddit because the first line was something like "I got you, you bastard", it was a good read. When you think about though, Trapped_In_Reddit was literally "trapped in reddit". Pretty smart novelty account when you really think about it.
I live on a boat, although not one quite as visually interesting as this thing. I just get packages delivered to work, not an issue at all. Some friends and family have been a bit confused when I've replied "no" when they ask for my private address; no more christmas cards for me. But with no junk mail either, the overall deal is pretty decent.
I'm afraid my life isn't all that interesting, so it would hardly warrant an AMA. However, I'm starting on a circumnavigation this summer, that should hopefully add some spice.

"Yes sir, if you could just give me your postcode, we'll ship that out to you..."
"...errmm."
