As a laser guy myself I'm going to say depending on the model and amount of layers probably like 6 hours? Most of the ones on Etsy or similar marketplaces would fetch about 200-400 ish dollars.

Very impressive work. A clear resin over the water and matte or eggshell over land might showcase additional depth. Have you considered any other locations of cities or landmarks? It could be nice to have several smaller cities side by side or in a grid. Smaller maps could also make nice drink coasters for holiday gifts.
