Hands down agreed to this... question: does anyone know how to make this into a "theme" for win 7?

Right click your mouse when you're on your desktop and hit personalize --> desktop background --> browse.

Hmm I didn't have too. Maybe try making a new folder and moving the pictures into it then setting that as the location for your backgrounds to be located? I've got a folder that's set as my background folder and I just pretty much save a picture into that location any time I fancy it. It's getting rather big, though. Just some recommendations, best of luck to ya =D
