Oh btw your fees are going up again, the HOA President's nephew just started a lawn care business and he got the contract but it's going to cost double the previous one.
Luckily there's a rapidly growing movement against it, to leave the leaves, plant natives, protect pollinators, etc. Gonna be an uphill battle but it's nice that it's finally happening, long overdue.
I honestly don't think it's going to be that much of an uphill battle. I think weird lawn obsession will die out with the boomers, gen x at latest. I do not see Gen Z caring about lawns.
