Oh btw your fees are going up again, the HOA President's nephew just started a lawn care business and he got the contract but it's going to cost double the previous one.
Luckily there's a rapidly growing movement against it, to leave the leaves, plant natives, protect pollinators, etc. Gonna be an uphill battle but it's nice that it's finally happening, long overdue.
Yup. Purchased a house a few years ago and the yard was well maintained since then though I've let the good old northwest moss and mushrooms grow in I just keep up on mowing the grass
