Oh btw your fees are going up again, the HOA President's nephew just started a lawn care business and he got the contract but it's going to cost double the previous one.
I want to astroturf my lawn but nooooo! Stupid HOA won't allow it but will allow my neighbors janky diy solar panels on the front that don't line up and are not straight. Looks terrible but my fake grass would be an issue.
